Nose: initially shy it opens up with scents of vanilla smoke and fruit marmalade, sweet and delicious.
Palate: the yellow fruit compote is now evident, with pears and apples, ripe red oranges and a hint of old and noble wood.
Finish: medium long, with the sweetness of exotic spices and fruit compote.
