Nose: elegant notes of sherry with red fruits and raisins, some typical oiliness appears bringing a very gentle and refined earthy peat and flowers.

Palate: sweet malt, dry sherry and an flower notes pave the way to a delicate peat appearing only after a while, growing elegantly until it dominates the end, never bitter though.

Finish: peaty but sweet with sherry and malty notes counterbalancing a hint of oak and oily, herbal notes.
